Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Inspire and guide your team in line with Leadership and Company Principles.
• Efficiently delegate tasks and resolve issues as they arise.

• Oversee store operations and staff performance during absences of store leadership.
• Manage freshness standards, cash handling, inventory, and stock control to ensure seamless shift execution.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay between 15.45 and 15.95.
• Additional payments of 2.00 per hour for working bank holidays and 3.50 per hour for night shifts.
• 35-hour workweek with various shifts.
• 30 to 35 days holiday entitlement (pro rata).
