Overview

Working as a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl involves ensuring smooth and efficient store operations while leading and inspiring your team. This role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from £15.45 to £15.95, with additional premium pay for bank holidays and night shifts. The position is based on a 35-hour contract with a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
