Overview

Join Lidl as a Cleaner and contribute to providing customers with an exceptional shopping environment. You'll play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the store, trolley bays, car parks, and external areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness to ensure it always looks its best.
• Keep trolley bays, parking lots, and outdoor areas tidy and presentable.
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment with confidence.
• Clean welfare areas including toilets, waste disposal, and recycling points.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks as required.
• Ensure hygiene and Health & Safety standards are consistently met and upheld.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning or maintenance experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong hands-on attitude with attention to detail.
• Motivated to perform your best for the store and team.
• Ability to work independently and carry out assigned tasks effectively.
