About the Role

Join us as a Retail Security Officer where you'll play a vital role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible and reassuring presence throughout the store.
• Consistently provide excellent customer service.
• Prevent theft, anti-social behaviour, and public order violations.
• Conduct regular patrols within the store premises.
• Use CCTV monitoring systems to minimize crime and stock loss.
• Collaborate closely with store management teams.
• Support local policing partnerships and crime prevention networks.
• Utilize Body Worn CCTV technology to ensure safety on site.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid SIA licence or willingness to obtain one (training support may be provided).
• A verifiable 5-year employment or education history is mandatory for background vetting.
