Female Security Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Uniformed Security Specialist, equivalent to a Senior Security Officer, to join our team in Pune. The position requires 48 working hours per week and operates under a third-party payroll system through a Security Guarding Company. The offered gross annual compensation ranges from INR 480000 to INR 540000.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols in assigned areas to maintain safety and detect any potential threats.
• Oversee entry points by verifying the identification of employees and visitors, ensuring no unauthorized individuals gain access.
• Assist in emergency evacuation procedures and respond promptly to incidents such as fire alarms or medical emergencies.
• Accurately document and report all security incidents through the organization's resolver tool.
• Comply with organizational policies, safety standards, and local regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a courteous yet authoritative demeanor when assisting employees and visitors.
• Participate in quarterly training sessions focused on safety and security enhancement.
• Keep abreast of new security technologies and software in use within the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum educational qualification is high school or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in criminology, security management, or a related discipline is considered advantageous.
• A minimum of two years of experience in security operations or related fields is preferred; however, motivated fresh graduates with relevant certifications are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decisiveness in emergency contexts.
• Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and react swiftly during emergencies.
• Familiarity with incident management software such as Resolver, Everbridge, or equivalent platforms.
• Competence in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook for record-keeping and reporting.
• Understanding of emergency procedures encompassing fire alarms, evacuations, and medical responses.
