Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to understand their specific eyewear needs.
• Provide informed suggestions on frames, lenses, sunglasses, and accessories tailored to customer preferences.
• Ensure a superior shopping experience throughout the customer's purchase journey.
• Meet and strive to exceed individual and store-wide sales targets.
• Promote current offers, membership schemes, and additional value-added products.
• Process billing and point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain attractive visual merchandising and uphold store cleanliness in line with company standards.
• Support inventory tasks including stock replenishment and conducting stock audits.
• Address customer questions and handle concerns in a professional manner.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, standard operating procedures, and operational guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: Completion of Higher Secondary education (Plus Two) or higher.
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or FMCG sectors is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Malayalam communication and basic understanding of English is preferable.
• Availability and willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
