Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat. This role involves offering outstanding service to customers in the kids' apparel section by understanding their needs and providing suitable product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional attitude.
• Identify customer preferences and suggest appropriate kids' wear items.
• Clearly communicate details such as product specifications, pricing, offers, and promotions.
• Guide customers in selecting the correct sizes and fitting options.
• Meet and strive to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed and well-organized on the sales floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the sales area to enhance shopping experience.
• Monitor stock levels and liaise with the Store In-Charge for replenishment as needed.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve simple complaints with professionalism.
• Assist in tasks related to billing, packaging, and processing exchanges or returns when necessary.
• Uphold high standards of product and store hygiene.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth daily operations of the store.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 12,000 to INR 17,000.
