Key Duties

• Deliver outstanding customer service, creating memorable and meaningful interactions
• Share expertise about pet care and product knowledge to educate customers
• Process sales efficiently with a focus on achieving store sales targets
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring timely and accurate stock replenishment and display
• Stay updated on pet care trends, products, and services through self-initiative
• Foster a positive and enjoyable team environment in-store
• Uphold a strong safety culture within the team, promoting workplace safety

Candidate Requirements

• A genuine passion for animals and delivering exemplary customer service
• Previous experience in a comparable retail setting
• Proven motivation to meet and exceed sales objectives
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Physical capability to handle products weighing up to 20 kilograms
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed
