Role Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service creating meaningful and memorable interactions.
• Utilize your pet care knowledge to educate and inspire customers on optimal products and pet wellbeing.
• Successfully complete sales transactions aimed at meeting or exceeding store sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring prompt, accurate stock display and replenishment.
• Demonstrate initiative by continuously updating your knowledge of pet care, products, and services.
• Contribute positively to an enjoyable and supportive workplace culture.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety focus, fostering a culture of safety within the team.

Candidate Requirements

• Genuine passion for animals and dedication to excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in a comparable retail setting.
• Proven motivation to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Physically capable of lifting items weighing up to 20 kilograms.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed.
