Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team through example and daily mentorship.
• Coach staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in pet care and customer service.
• Ensure excellent customer experiences are consistently delivered by leading from the front.
• Foster a culture of safety and commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Recruit, onboard, and induct new high-quality team members.
• Maintain accurate stock management and uphold stock process integrity.
• Keep your knowledge current on pet care products and services.
• Create a positive and engaging store atmosphere that colleagues enjoy working in.
• Support and promote local marketing initiatives and sponsorship activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a store leadership role, or readiness to advance to retail management.
• Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Capability to balance and prioritize conflicting tasks effectively.
• Commitment to enforcing safe workplace practices.
• A sound understanding of business operations.
