Grooming Salon Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Grooming Salon Manager to lead our busy Sale salon. This hands-on role involves managing a small team while maintaining quality grooming standards and fostering strong client relationships. The salon is well-equipped with two grooming stations plus a dedicated bathing and drying area, providing the ideal setting to run an efficient and thriving operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Lead and mentor a team of two groomers, developing their skills and performance.
• Manage salon bookings while delivering excellent customer service for pets and their owners.
• Drive customer base growth and identify opportunities to enhance salon performance.
• Build a positive, inclusive, and motivated team culture.
• Collaborate closely with the store leadership team to support broader business goals.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated grooming experience, preferably including prior leadership or management roles.
• Genuine enthusiasm for coaching and supporting team members.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster customer relationships.
• Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Proactive, hands-on leadership approach with motivation to enhance team and salon growth.
