Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of three years' retail customer service experience, with preferred background in supervising and coaching teams.
• One to two years' experience in print or graphic communications settings, including understanding graphic design basics.
• Technical proficiency in using computers and printing hardware.
• Capability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong skills in prioritization, organization, and multitasking.
