Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalised and confident assistance to customers, advising them on suitable products.
• Develop skills in frame adjustments, fittings, and performing minor repairs.
• Assist with pre-screening eye examinations using up-to-date optical technology.
• Handle administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of the store.
