Primary Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable and personalized customer service along with product recommendations.
• Learn skills to adjust eyewear frames, assist with fittings, and carry out minor repairs.
• Assist in pre-screening eye tests utilizing the latest optical technology.
• Maintain store operations smoothly through administrative and support tasks.

In addition to base salary, full-time Optical Assistants can earn monthly bonuses ranging from £85 to £520 based on target achievement, with no cap for top performers.
