Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored dispensing recommendations that address each customer's unique visual needs and lifestyle preferences.
- Offer confident and professional advice on frames, lenses, and optical solutions.
- Guide customers through their eyewear journey, ensuring outstanding service at every touchpoint.
- Collaborate effectively with Optometrists and store team members to achieve excellent clinical and retail results.
- Utilize the latest optical technology to enhance and streamline the customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be a qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the General Optical Council (GOC).
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer care combined with clinical excellence.
- Confidence in recommending high-quality eyewear and lens options.
- Strong communication abilities and aptitude for building customer relationships.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first focus.

Compensation
Full-time Dispensing Opticians who meet performance targets can earn monthly bonuses ranging from £85 to £520, with uncapped potential for high achievers. Your efforts are recognized and rewarded.
