Position Overview

The Retail Executive will play a vital role in managing retail functions including operations, inventory, merchandising, stock levels, and manpower within a vibrant, high-customer-traffic environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations and inventory control.
• Maintain ample merchandise availability across all sales points, preventing stock shortages.
• Supervise stock movement and replenishment to assure balanced inventory.
• Identify and manage slow-moving and seasonal apparel to optimize stock efficiency.
• Examine historical sales data to forecast upcoming product demands.
• Create detailed daily and monthly sales-based product forecasts.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure seamless retail processes.
• Assist with visual merchandising to uphold attractive stock displays.
• Organize workforce scheduling and allocate duties for smooth operation flow.
• Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment characterized by high customer volume.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess 2 to 3 years’ experience in retail operations or managing inventory.
• Previous exposure to apparel or fashion retail is advantageous.
• Hold a graduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Retail Management, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of visual merchandising, stock circulation, replenishment, and inventory oversight.
• Exhibit strong skills in coordination and manpower management.
• Capable of performing efficiently in a dynamic, busy retail setting.
