Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for expanding institutional and corporate group sales within Kozhikode and neighboring areas. This position demands excellent field sales skills and a well-established local network.

Key Duties

• Identify and generate sales leads from educational institutions such as schools and colleges, as well as corporate offices and coaching centers in the Kozhikode region.
• Arrange and conduct meetings with decision-makers including heads of institutions and HR or administrative personnel in corporate organizations.
• Promote group bookings and manage seasonal sales campaigns effectively.
• Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline to meet revenue goals.
• Attain set sales targets for revenue generation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum educational qualification of a graduate; MBA degree is advantageous.
• Prior experience ranging between two to five years in field sales, B2B sales, or institutional sales.

Desired Attributes

• Proficiency in both Malayalam and English languages is mandatory.
• Willingness to undertake travel within the Kozhikode area for sales activities.
• Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle is essential for mobility.
