About the Role
A recognized manufacturing organization based in Kalher, Bhiwandi is seeking a qualified individual to join their Dispatch department on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatch operations of finished products according to sales orders and delivery timelines.
- Prepare all necessary dispatch paperwork including invoices, delivery challans, and transporter details.
- Monitor dispatched goods and ensure coordinated efforts for punctual delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive dispatch documentation, track stock movements, and generate Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate degree mandatory.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in dispatch or store management within manufacturing or engineering sectors.
- Age should be below 40 years.
Additional Information
- Salary commensurate with industry standards.
- Weekly off on Sundays.
- Transportation facility available from Thane railway station for daily commute.
