Position Overview
Join Paddy Power as a Retail Betting Assistant in New Ross, Ireland, where you'll be the friendly face welcoming customers and providing exceptional service within our retail betting locations. No prior betting industry experience is needed, as comprehensive training is provided. Your positive attitude and enthusiasm for technology will be key to promoting our online and in-store betting products and delivering memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, fostering a welcoming environment and exceeding their expectations.
- Support customers in placing bets using various methods, including retail terminals, phone services, and in-person transactions.
- Maintain the shop's visual appeal to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Step up to oversee shop operations in the absence of management, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
- Adapt to challenging situations while maintaining a customer-centered focus.
- Adhere to social responsibility guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Clearly communicate answers to customer inquiries and update them on promotions.
- Cross-sell retail and online products and services to maximize customer engagement.
