Role Summary

Join Paddy Power as a Retail Betting Assistant and become the friendly face welcoming customers to our retail outlets. Your main mission is to deliver an exceptional experience by engaging warmly with patrons, promoting both online and in-shop betting products, and fostering a positive atmosphere. No prior betting industry experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided; however, a proactive and motivated approach is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Host customers with warmth and professionalism, exceeding their expectations and building strong relationships.
• Assist customers in placing bets through various platforms including betting terminals, telephone, and in-shop transactions.
• Maintain high standards of shop presentation to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Take charge of shop operations in the absence of the Shop and Deputy Managers to maintain seamless functioning.
• Adapt to diverse situations while keeping customer needs at the forefront.
• Uphold social responsibility by adhering strictly to relevant guidelines and regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay at €14.40 per hour with a salary increase after 12 months.
