Role Overview

Paddy Power invites you to join as a Retail Betting Assistant where prior experience in betting isn’t necessary as full training will be provided. Your positive attitude and enthusiasm toward technology will help you deliver a superior customer experience and promote our products in our retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and host customers warmly to create a friendly and engaging shop environment.
• Promote and cross-sell Paddy Power's retail and online betting products and services to customers.
• Assist customers with placing bets via various channels including betting terminals, phone services, and shop transactions.
• Uphold excellent store presentation standards to maintain an inviting atmosphere.
• Take charge of shop operations by leading in the absence of the Shop and Deputy Manager.
• Adapt to changing scenarios while remaining customer-focused and maintaining social responsibility compliance.
• Respond clearly to customer inquiries and inform them about ongoing promotions.
