Position Summary

Known internally as "Athlete," this position requires a driven and motivated individual who embraces challenges. As a Nike Direct Athlete, you will deliver exceptional service by following four core principles:

• Equip: Provide knowledgeable assistance about Nike's products and services.

Responsibilities

• Demonstate strong enthusiasm for Nike products and services.
• Learn and perform fundamentals of various store roles including service, visual merchandising, and stockroom tasks.
• Deliver top-tier customer service and pay close attention to client needs.
• Support daily retail operations to guarantee store efficiency and premium service.
• Cultivate positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Participate actively in store events and community activities.
• Exhibit reliability and adaptability by working flexible schedules and varied shifts as needed.
• Maintain awareness of store departments and assist with cash register operation, shipping and receiving, restocking, cleaning, and visual display setup.

Candidate Profile

• Completion or pursuit of High School diploma or GED.
• Basic math proficiency including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Effective communication skills in both verbal and written English.
• Physical capability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong collaboration skills, able to work well in team environments and provide excellent customer service.
• Preferably at least one year of experience in customer service or retail.
