Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance shoppers' experiences through personalized engagement and timely resolution of queries and complaints.
• Maintain product availability by continuously replenishing shelf stock, prioritizing essentials and fresh produce, and ensuring excellent stock quality, rotation, and presentation.
• Contribute to smooth store operations by collaborating closely with your team to uphold cleanliness, organisation, and operational standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols by identifying and reporting hazards, ensuring all activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
