Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance shopping experiences through personalized engagement and swift resolution of queries and complaints.
• Support daily store functions by assisting customers and ensuring smooth operations with teamwork.
• Maintain impeccable store presentation by monitoring product freshness, product quality, and ensuring shelves and store areas are clean and organized.
• Execute promotional campaigns effectively, setting up displays and ensuring accurate point-of-sale materials.
• Promote safety and compliance by adhering to company policies, observing safety standards, and reporting any hazards.
