About the Role

Join Superdrug as an Assistant Store Manager in Tamworth, West Midlands, playing a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager to lead the store towards success. This position involves a 39-hour work week with flexible shifts spanning mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. The location is Unit 5b Phase 1, Ventura Park, Tamworth, B78 3HB.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, inspire, and motivate a dedicated team to consistently exceed sales targets.
• Boost sales by implementing promotions effectively, maintaining appealing merchandising, and managing stock efficiently.
• Create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for both customers and staff.
• Maintain operational excellence through conducting audits, managing budgets, and controlling stock.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of retail management experience is preferred.
• A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• A results-oriented attitude with enthusiasm for achieving targets.
• Willingness to perform customer piercing services – training will be provided and is optional.
