Role Overview
As a Retail Store Manager at Superdrug located in Unit 32/33 Queensgate Shopping Centre, Peterborough, you will lead a motivated team to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and operational excellence. This full-time role involves working 39 hours per week on flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maximize performance.
- Design and execute engaging in-store promotions and customer experiences.
- Maintain operational standards including audits, budget management, and stock control.
- Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and inventory management.
- Oversee smooth daily store operations ensuring efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of two years' experience in retail management bringing new ideas and energy.
- Strong leadership capabilities to inspire and motivate staff.
- Enthusiastic about excellent customer service and sales results.
- Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented approach focused on achieving targets.
- Willingness to learn and deliver piercing services to customers (training provided, optional).
