Location and Hours

This role is based in Telford, England, requiring 39 hours per week. The shift schedule is full-time with flexible shifts covering mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, to be discussed further during the interview process.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary offered is £34,350 annually, accompanied by a generous bonus scheme.

About the Role

The Store Manager is responsible for maintaining high standards in the store, ensuring audits are properly conducted and overseeing customer service and sales to be among the best on the high street. The role involves leadership to inspire and guide the team towards success and fostering strong relationships with the local community.

• Minimum of two years’ experience in retail management
