About the Role
If you have a passion for retail, this opportunity is tailored for you. We are seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant to become an integral part of our Savers Health Home & Beauty team. Every day brings new experiences, and we value a positive, proactive attitude driven by teamwork. Your main goal will be to create an enjoyable shopping experience, ensuring customers leave with a smile and the store maintains high standards that reflect our brand.
As a Sales Assistant, you'll be recognized within your community by providing excellent service and offering competitive deals on the high street. Your training will be conducted entirely in-store throughout your initial 12-month apprenticeship, eliminating the need for college days or homework. Upon completing the apprenticeship, you will participate in an evaluation discussing your experiences and an observation assessing your practical performance. Continuous support from the team and your tutor will help you achieve a Level 2 Retailer Apprenticeship.

Eligibility Requirements
- Achieved a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths (or Scotland National 4)
- Not currently enrolled in any educational program and available for full-time shifts
- No prior retail apprenticeship completed
- Eligible to work within the United Kingdom
- New to the retail industry
