Job Overview
Join Compass Group Ireland as a Retail Assistant, serving as the welcoming face of the business where delivering excellent customer interactions is key. This full-time role involves 37.5 hours per week, predominantly Monday to Friday daytime shifts, within a lively and fast-paced retail setting. Key Responsibilities
- Provide customers with smooth, personalized service interactions.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of available services to assist customers naturally and engagingly.
- Uphold the positive brand reputation of Compass Group Ireland in all customer interactions.
- Manage cash transactions and operate the cash register responsibly.
- Adhere strictly to Health and Safety standards throughout all duties.

- Display passion for excellent customer service, greeting and serving patrons enthusiastically.
