Barista

Overview

We are seeking a motivated Barista to join Compass Group Ireland on a full-time basis, working a 40-hour week. This role involves preparing expertly crafted beverages and offering excellent customer service, with excellent opportunities for career progression within a company that values individuality, invests in its workforce, and recognizes outstanding contributions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create perfectly blended drinks and serve high-quality food that pleases customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Handle payment transactions, including cash and credit card processing.
• Collaborate effectively as a team player and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Manage stock levels of clean mugs and plates.
• Learn about various brewing methods, beverage combinations, food preparation, and presentation standards.
• Inspect brewing equipment regularly to ensure proper operation and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Uphold a positive brand image representing Compass Group Ireland.
• Adhere strictly to Food Handling and Hygiene guidelines as well as Health and Safety regulations.
