Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Chef to join Compass Group Ireland on a full-time basis, contracted for 39 hours per week. As part of a passionate team, you will contribute to creating remarkable food experiences using high-quality fresh ingredients. Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare delicious and superior quality dishes that satisfy our clients and customers.
- Identify areas for improving food service standards and quality.
- Foster a supportive and welcoming kitchen atmosphere for the team to thrive.
- Assist in delivering innovative and flavorful food concepts to customers.
- Uphold the Compass Group UK&I brand positively through your work and conduct.
- Support ordering processes, manage stock control, and minimize food waste.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness by overseeing sanitation and hygiene practices.
- Help manage budgets and contribute to meeting financial objectives.
- Adhere to Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations at all times.
