Restaurant Manager (Female Only)

About the Role

The Restaurant Manager will lead the service team in collaboration with the culinary team to deliver an exceptional guest experience consistent with the outlet’s concept.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure strict compliance with all hotel policies, including fire safety, hygiene standards, and HACCP regulations.
• Drive sales to meet the outlet’s full potential while adhering to the established budget.
• Maintain high standards of product quality and service within the outlet.
• Develop the outlet entrepreneurially, continuously seeking new business growth opportunities.
• Encourage innovation and gather new ideas to share with the Head of Department.
• Successfully implement talent development initiatives within the outlet, including internal growth and training.
• Identify both internal and external candidates who align with Kempinski’s core values.
• Support employee career growth through training and promoting multi-tasking assignments.
• Prepare candidates for quarterly Talent Transfer discussions by growing internal talent.
• Provide ongoing feedback to all outlet employees regarding their performance.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and training/talent tracking (TTTT) sessions for all outlet staff, unless delegated to the Head of Department.
