Job Overview
The Restaurant Manager leads operations at a McDonald's franchise restaurant, ensuring profitability and adherence to the company's high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. This role involves collaborating with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals while managing and guiding department teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire restaurant's operations to maintain profitability and uphold McDonald's customer quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to define restaurant objectives and develop actionable plans for meeting those targets.
- Lead, motivate, and support Department Managers by helping them establish individual goals, tracking progress, and offering coaching to enhance departmental performance.
- Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team that supports the restaurant's future success.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a General Manager, preferably in high-volume quick service restaurant (QSR) environments; experience in hospitality or retail is also valued.
- Must be at least 18 years old to hold a managerial position.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this role ranges approximately from $62,353 to $70,000 annually. Benefits include:
