About the Role

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily restaurant activities ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in leading, motivating, or developing teams, or equivalent experience through US Military Service.
• Strong dedication to customer service and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Effective communication skills coupled with a solution-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining safety and excellence in the workplace.
