Job description
Position Overview
Seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead and operate a McDonald's franchise location in Claxton, GA. This role involves steering the restaurant towards profitability while ensuring high standards in quality, service, and cleanliness in line with McDonald's critical customer expectations.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and run a high-volume restaurant to achieve set financial and operational goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to set restaurant objectives and develop actionable plans to fulfill them.
- Lead and support a team of Department Managers by helping set department goals, monitoring progress, and delivering coaching to enhance performance.
- Recruit, hire, and develop Department and Shift Managers to maintain effective leadership within the restaurant.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience as a General Manager managing fast-paced, high-volume establishments is highly preferred.
- Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old to qualify for a management position.
Compensation and Benefits
In addition to a competitive base salary, Restaurant Managers are eligible for a monthly bonus potential up to $2,500. Benefits include:
