About The Heritage

Primary Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Manage a waitlist efficiently during peak service periods
• Handle reservations by in-person, telephone, and email communication
• Prepare mise en place ahead of service times
• Oversee dinner hosting duties each evening
• Provide support to other restaurant roles when required
