Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Manage and maintain a waiting list during busy dining periods
• Handle restaurant bookings in person, by phone, and via email
• Prepare mise en place ahead of service
• Lead hosting duties during dinner service every evening
• Provide assistance with other restaurant roles as needed
