Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Assist in efficient guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Conduct nightly hotel audits as necessary and prepare shift reports.
• Maintain a consistent presence in the hotel lobby to support guests.
• Assist guests promptly with any requests during the night.
• Ensure comprehensive security of the hotel premises.
• Perform scheduled fire safety inspections throughout the night to prioritize guest safety.
• Manage the hotel switchboard operations during night hours.
• Fulfill all duties customary to the Night Porter role efficiently.
• Handle wake-up calls as requested by guests.
• Arrange taxi services and operate hotel vehicles to provide guest transportation.
• Carry out additional reasonable duties as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience working in a hotel environment is essential.
• Willingness and eligibility to work flexible night shift hours.
• Possess a clean, valid driving license.
• Strong computer and IT skills.
