Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and capable Restaurant Captain to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service at our restaurant located in Pune, India. The ideal candidate will lead the service team, handle customer feedback, and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to provide seamless service to guests.
- Lead and manage a diverse team including waiters, baristas, and other support staff to meet sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Address customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring swift and fair resolution of issues.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols are strictly maintained throughout the establishment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess 3 to 6 years of experience in the hospitality sector, specifically in a captain or equivalent leadership role.
- Demonstrated strong leadership abilities in captaining and team management.
- Proven skills in motivating and managing teams effectively to achieve set targets.
- Capability to perform efficiently under pressure, especially during busy service periods.
Additional Information
Graduation is not required for applicants. The position offers an annual salary ranging from 300,000 to 450,000 INR.
