Role Overview

As a Residence Concierge, you will play an integral role in representing the Dorchester Collection philosophy "We Care" by ensuring both residents and guests enjoy a seamless and memorable experience. Your daily duties focus on managing front-of-house operations, building strong connections with residents and their families, and leading your team with exemplary standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Embed and promote the Dorchester Collection culture and values, ensuring exceptional experiences for both guests and employees.
• Build meaningful relationships using collective insights to enhance service delivery.
• Oversee front desk and lobby operations, warmly welcoming residents, visitors, and family members upon arrival and departure.
• Lead, train, evaluate, and mentor a dedicated team comprising Doormen, Lobby Hosts, and Wellness Hosts.
• Plan and allocate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks for your team to maintain efficient operations.
• Provide support and assistance to residents, their guests, and families in the Lobby Lounge, Forecourt, and Amenity areas.
• Maintain professional and courteous written communication with residents and internal teams.
• Ensure continuous coordination with other hotel departments to maintain smooth operations.

Candidate Profile

• Bring a warm, authentic personality along with a deep passion for guest service and teamwork.
• Exhibit high levels of empathy, resilience, guest focus, confidence, and effective multitasking abilities.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Possess a proactive, problem-solving mindset with cultural awareness and a generous spirit.
• Previous experience in residence concierge or guest service roles is preferred.
