Role Overview

As a Butler, you will provide impeccable personalized service, ensuring guests enjoy an extraordinary stay. You will be responsible for managing suite readiness, fulfilling special requests, and coordinating across departments like front office and food & beverage. Your role is pivotal in greeting guests warmly, addressing their needs promptly throughout their visit, and seamlessly assisting with in-room dining and other amenities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver highly professional, personalized guest service to create exceptional experiences.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of in-suite services, hotel offerings, technology, and local attractions.
• Ensure guest rooms are prepared punctually with all special arrangements completed.
• Collaborate with front office and food & beverage departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently.
• Welcome guests kindly and act as the main contact for their requests and arrangements during their stay.
• Manage packing, unpacking, and in-room service for food and beverages, liaising with relevant departments.
• Address and resolve any guest concerns professionally, seeking positive resolutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of work areas, equipment, and materials under your responsibility.
• Embody the company’s values of passion, personality, respect, teamwork, and creativity daily.
• Stay motivated to provide dedicated, passionate service at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Uniquely personable with a passionate commitment to guest service.
• Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and adaptability in dynamic settings.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills to foster cooperation across departments.
• Dedicated to delivering superior guest experiences with innovative and creative solutions.
• Proficient with property management, payroll, and purchasing software; computer literacy is essential.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.
• Minimum one year experience in a similar luxury 5-star butler role; pre-opening and Middle East experience is advantageous.
• Must hold certification as a professional butler.
