Job Overview

We are seeking a Research Analyst for our Singapore office to bolster our Research team. This role entails supporting key team functions including onboarding Insight Providers, pinpointing research gaps, aiding the expansion of our pvtIQ unit, and handling customized research assignments for clients. The position reports directly to the Head of Research and involves close collaboration with team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the investment research sector, the Smartkarma platform, and our core value propositions.
• Contribute to strategies for research acquisition and data enhancement.
• Monitor and track Research team's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Support the onboarding process for Insight Providers, fostering engagement and managing their relationships and performance.
• Supervise project schedules and ensure high-quality deliverables for the Bespoke Services offering.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience with a strong interest in financial markets and services.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion for analyzing financial data and applying insights to business strategies.
• Highly motivated with strong attention to detail in all responsibilities.
