Role Overview
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join HDFC Life Insurance in Bhopal to work within the Life Insurance Agency Channel. This role involves recruiting and overseeing insurance advisors, driving business growth, and maintaining client relationships.
Key Duties
- Recruit and supervise insurance advisors/agents.
- Develop new business opportunities through agency channels.
- Meet defined sales and business goals.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
- Conduct field visits and regularly follow up with team and clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in life insurance or agency sales.
- Must own and be able to ride a 2-wheeler vehicle.
- Age limit up to 35 years.
- Strong communication and sales abilities are essential.
