Relationship Manager

Job Summary

This role involves gaining comprehensive insight into clients' business goals and challenges in order to develop strategic recommendations tailored to their needs. The Relationship Manager will identify and track new sales prospects, negotiate deals, and ensure superior customer satisfaction throughout all client interactions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities by establishing connections with potential fleet customers and analyzing sales possibilities.
• Acquire new customers while nurturing relationships with existing clients to promote loyalty and retention.
• Actively seek and pursue potential sales leads to drive growth.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of Karooooo products and services to prospective customers.
• Maintain and update CRM reports on a daily basis to track sales activities.
• Achieve weekly CRM targets related to calls, leads generation, and meetings.
• Innovate ways to promote and sell company products and services.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
• Compile, analyze, and summarize data to prepare comprehensive reports.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Requirements

• Must be a Saudi citizen.
• Possess a bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• 2 to 4 years of customer service experience is desirable.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Ability to work independently with technical proficiency and strong initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a positive mindset.
• Team-oriented while capable of working autonomously.
• Ability to perform under pressure, skilled in coordination and multitasking, with a customer-focused attitude.
• Problem-solving initiative.
• Good personality with diligent follow-up skills.
• Must hold a valid Saudi driving license.
