About the Role
ORS Group is expanding its Psychology department and invites applications for a Registered Psychologist to become part of a national network comprising over 200 Psychology professionals. This role offers the chance to enhance and broaden your clinical skills while working within a supportive and collegial environment. Clinical Practice and Opportunities
You will provide psychological services utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). The scope includes conducting comprehensive psychological assessments covering mental health, IQ, psychoeducation, school readiness, decision-making capacity, autism, and ADHD evaluations. Training is available to develop proficiency in these assessment areas. Experience or endorsement in Clinical Neuropsychology, Clinical Psychology, or Educational and Developmental Psychology is highly regarded.

ORS supports early career psychologists via 5+1 and registrar programs guided by AHPRA Board-approved Supervisors across specialisations to help you fulfill clinical competencies. Experienced practitioners are also warmly welcomed and valued.
Work Environment
The position allows working in a multidisciplinary clinic setting or in community-based environments including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, and schools.

Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in Psychology
- For registrar candidates: eligibility to register with AHPRA in programs such as Clinical Psychology, Clinical Neuropsychology, Educational and Developmental Psychology, or Forensic Psychology
- For endorsed roles: current AHPRA registration with relevant endorsement
- Current or eligibility for registration with AHPRA
- Valid driver's license and access to a car
- Possession or willingness to obtain National Police Clearance, Working with Children or Vulnerable People checks, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance for client-facing duties
