Job description
About the Role
ORS Group's Psychology Division is expanding, and we invite applications for a Registered Psychologist to become part of our national team of over 200 clinicians. Our psychologists serve a variety of service pathways, including NDIS and private sectors, offering a supportive environment for clinical development and professional growth. You will employ well-established therapeutic approaches such as CBT, ACT, and DBT and have access to a broad range of psychological assessments including mental health, IQ, psychoeducational, school readiness, decision-making capacity, autism, and ADHD.
Training to enhance your skills in psychological assessments is available, with preference given to candidates who have experience in cognitive and autism-related assessments or possess endorsements in Clinical Neuropsychology, Clinical Psychology, or Educational and Developmental Psychology.
Professional Development and Support
Whether you are at the start of your psychology career or are a mid-to-late career professional, ORS offers structured support. Early career psychologists can benefit from the 5+1 pathway and registrar programs, guided by AHPRA accredited supervisors across specialties. Experienced clinicians will also find their expertise highly valued.
Work Settings
You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively in our clinic setting alongside a multidisciplinary team or out in community environments such as family homes, disability group homes, day programs, and local schools.
Benefits and Work-Life Balance
ORS prioritizes work-life harmony by offering:
- Resources to facilitate remote work
- Client allocations near your residence where possible
- Control over your schedule to arrange convenient appointment times
- Flexibility to work part-time or reduce your hours
