Role Summary
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will act as the primary accounting and financial advisor across the region. Your strategic insight and commercial acumen will be critical in guiding financial decisions, leading teams, and driving operational excellence. Additionally, you will oversee Financial Operations leadership and manage key relationships with Global Business Services and Global Support Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer expert accounting and financial guidance to the business.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to influence decisions by simplifying complex financial information into actionable insights.
- Lead, coach, and manage finance teams within a matrix organizational framework.
- Provide financial operations oversight, including engaging with global shared services teams.
Essential Requirements
- Extensive experience at a senior finance or accounting leadership role in complex, project-based, or professional service environments.
- Proven capability to advise and influence executive and operational stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated success in leading finance teams in matrix settings, with strengths in coaching, prioritization, and change management.
- Strong proficiency with financial systems, modeling, and reporting using ERP, EPM, and BI tools.
- Experience in finance transformation initiatives, ERP implementation, or shared services is advantageous.
