Job Purpose
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment activities. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to identify manpower needs, attract and evaluate qualified candidates, and ensure hires align with organizational standards and workforce plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes from job requisition through candidate offer and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and manpower forecast.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for a wide range of positions including operational, technical, administrative, and professional roles.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, other recruitment portals, databases, and professional networks to source candidates.
- Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates based on established qualifications and competency criteria.
- Perform competency-based interviews and schedule further technical and managerial interviews as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of recruitment pipelines and candidate data.
- Ensure consistent, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Generate recruitment performance reports and track hiring KPIs.
- Build and maintain talent pools to fill recurring and critical positions promptly.
- Assist in workforce planning activities including support of Saudization initiatives.
- Establish relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and professional bodies.
- Stay updated with recruitment market trends and monitor talent availability.
- Contribute to compensation benchmarking and salary studies when required.
- Comply with internal recruitment policies and relevant Saudi labor laws.
Qualifications
Mandatory:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- 3 to 5 years proven experience in recruitment functions.
- Demonstrated competence in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong grasp of recruitment methods and candidate evaluation techniques.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English communication.
Preferred:
- Background recruiting within transportation, logistics, industrial sectors, FMCG, or other high-volume recruitment settings.
- Experience specifically hiring operational and technical roles.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter tool and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledgeable about Saudi labor market challenges and Saudization requirements.
Certification Preferences: SHRM-CP, CIPD, or other Talent Acquisition certifications are advantageous.

- Measured success via metrics such as Time to Fill, Quality of Hire, Hiring Manager and Candidate Satisfaction, recruitment pipeline strength, offer acceptance rates, compliance with recruitment SLAs, and support for Saudization/localization goals.
