Role Summary

The Human Resources Supervisor is responsible for managing daily HR operations and employee services. This role ensures the effective enforcement of HR policies, accurate handling of employee records, and full compliance with Saudi labor laws.

Key Duties

  • Manage and supervise daily HR functions and employee-related services.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Support workforce planning and address manpower needs.
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide sound guidance.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and other administrative HR tasks.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Payroll departments to guarantee accurate employee information.
  • Ensure organizational adherence to Saudi labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports and oversee key performance indicators for HR functions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and adopt digital HR solutions.
  • Assist with HR audits and compliance assessments.
  • Maintain a professional, confidential, and service-focused HR environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Between 5 and 7 years of experience in human resources roles.
  • Proven experience in supervision or team leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor legislation.
  • Experience working with HRIS or ERP systems.

Preferred Experience and Certifications

  • Experience in transportation, logistics, industrial, or multi-location organizations.
  • Familiarity with managing blue-collar or operational workforce.
  • Professional HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP are advantageous.
