Job Purpose
The HR Coordinator role involves delivering both administrative and practical assistance in employee services and HR procedures. This includes ensuring employee data accuracy, facilitating smooth onboarding and offboarding, and providing effective support for all employee concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain precise employee records and manage HR databases efficiently.
- Assist with the onboarding and exit processes of employees.
- Prepare essential HR documentation, letters, and personnel files.
- Address employee queries and coordinate responses to HR-related inquiries.
- Support management of attendance, leave, and other employee-related data.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to coordinate employee documentation.
- Help in compiling and verifying payroll data.
- Assist with recruitment efforts including scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain HR trackers and generate periodic reports.
- Ensure that employee files remain complete, accurate, and confidential.
- Contribute to HR initiatives and promote employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines is required.
- Between 1 to 3 years of related experience in HR is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel.
- Strong organizational abilities and communication skills.
- Effective communication in both Arabic and English.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with HRIS/ERP systems, familiarity with large or multi-location organizations, and knowledge of Saudi labor law.
